1999-2004:Australasian consultancies, working on military, insurance and telecoms projects, mostly enterprise integrations and data/application consolidation 2004-2009:Betfair, managing engineering teams then becoming chief architect and finally engineering director. Projects included the firm’s Australian site, games, payments infrastructure and setting up an offshore development centre in Romania 2009: CIO, Sporting Index, scaling out core systems, building up the business-to-business side and international expansion
