Ayman began his IT career in the Middle East and North Africa, building deep technical foundations before advancing into leadership roles in Australia. He has led large-scale cultural and organizational change programs within digitally enabled environments across diverse industries, including government, healthcare, telecommunications and oil & gas. He holds a master’s degree in financial technology and maintains a continuously updated perspective on emerging technologies and enterprise strategy through active engagement with global professional communities.
