    Lorraine is the Head of Scrum at Rest, where she is responsible for the success of persistent teams including Digital product teams and an AI innovation team. Her expertise is in advising senior leadership on the structure, governance and funding of software development teams to ensure organisations become more innovative and able to adapt to changing business needs. Previously, as Managing Director at Enablement Consulting, she led Agile transformations at Rest, UBank and HSBC. Her background is in software development company leadership, where she was the third employee at the Sydney-based Open Banking startup, Basiq, which was sold to Cuscal in 2023. She was also a key part of the launch of Workbrain in Australia - a Canadian Workforce Management software company acquired for $227M by Infor. Lorraine has a Bachelors of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a certified AICD board director with a focus on software. She regularly publishes articles in CIO.com and InfoWorld.
